Overview

The HS510C is Holosun’s large-window open reflex, and the combo pairs it with the HM3X flip-to-side magnifier so one purchase covers close-quarters speed and mid-range precision on the same rifle. The open frame gives a wide, unobstructed sight picture with a titanium-reinforced hood over the emitter, and the Multi-Reticle System switches between a 2 MOA dot, a 65 MOA circle, and the combined 65 MOA circle with 2 MOA center dot at the push of a button. The same LED projects all three, so changing reticles never costs you your zero. Solar Failsafe runs the sight off the solar panel in normal light and falls back to the battery, and Shake Awake sleeps the optic when it sits still and wakes it the instant the rifle moves.

The HM3X magnifier rides behind the sight on an ambidextrous flip-to-side mount and swings clear the moment you want the dot alone. It has an adjustable diopter to sharpen the picture to your eye and its own windage and elevation, so it gets aligned to the dot instead of fighting it. Both units clamp to Picatinny with quick-detach levers, so the rifle goes from magnified to bare dot and back without a tool.

Compatibility & Fitment

Rail Space Required Approx. 7.5″ of continuous Picatinny to seat the sight with the magnifier behind it and room to flip.

Host Platform Fit Flat-top AR-15 and AR-10 upper receivers, and any Picatinny-railed rifle or shotgun with enough continuous rail. The optic sits at absolute co-witness height on an AR; verify clearance on rifles with a fixed front sight base.

Co-Witness Height The magnifier’s riser spacer sets it to either absolute or lower 1/3 height, so it also works behind a red dot other than the HS510C.

Does Not Fit The HS510C is not a plate-mounted pistol optic. It mounts only by its own Picatinny QD mount and does not fit RMR, ACRO, or K-series pistol cuts.
