Payment Information
Payments made through our website are processed through third-party payment-processing providers.

Anvil Armory does not receive or retain full payment card numbers or card security codes (CVV) through our website.
We may receive or retain limited payment-related information associated with a transaction, such as the card type, the last four digits of a payment card, transaction identifiers, payment status, and transaction amount.
Our payment-processing and merchant-service providers may maintain payment and transaction records in accordance with their own policies and legal obligations.
Firearms and Regulatory Records
As a federally licensed firearms business, Anvil Armory is required to collect and maintain certain records relating to firearms transactions and transfers.
Some firearms transaction records are created and maintained in connection with in-person transfers and may include information such as name, address, date of birth, place of birth, government identification information, firearm information, and information associated with required background checks.
Where required by law, these records may be provided to or made available to government authorities and may be retained for periods required by applicable law.
Certain firearms records cannot be deleted simply at a customer’s request because federal law requires licensed firearms businesses to retain required records. Current ATF regulations require applicable firearms transaction records, including ATF Forms 4473 and required acquisition and disposition records, to be retained until the business or licensed activity is discontinued.

We limit information shared with service providers to information reasonably necessary for the applicable business or legal purpose.
FFL Dealer Information
When a firearm transfer requires shipment to a receiving FFL dealer, we may collect information necessary to identify and communicate with that dealer and to complete the transfer.
We may also receive or maintain copies of FFL documentation provided by dealers when necessary to verify their license status or comply with applicable firearms laws and regulations.
FFL documentation provided by dealers generally concerns business licensing information rather than consumer personal information.
