Description

The Canik SFx Rival Darkside fills the role of a purpose-built competition handgun in a full-size 9mm Luger platform. Its 5" barrel and 8.1" overall length place it within the dimensional limits for competition in IDPA, IPSC, and USPSA without restrictions. The Darkside configuration is offered in an all-black finish, distinguishing it from the standard Rival Grey variant with Cerakoted gold accents.

The pistol is built around a polymer frame with an integrated 1913 Picatinny rail and an ergonomic package that includes three interchangeable grip backstraps, a double-undercut trigger guard, an ergonomically redesigned beavertail, aggressive grip texturing, and a built-in external mag-well. The slide features aggressive serrations and porting for positive manipulation. An 18+1 round capacity is supported by two included 18-round magazines, with reversible magazine releases and three included magazine release extensions allowing customization to the shooter's preference. The flat-face aluminum trigger is lightened and cut at 90° with a diamond pattern. Sighting consists of a fiber optic front sight and a click-adjustable rear sight. The optic plate system is compatible with the Shield RMSc, Trijicon RMR, Leupold Delta Point Pro, Vortex Venom, and other compatible footprints, with three optic interface plates included in the case.
