Description

The Canik SFx Rival is a purpose-built competition pistol designed to meet the dimensional and equipment requirements for IDPA, IPSC, and USPSA competition without modification. Its 8.1″ overall length, 5.7″ height, 1.41″ width, and 5″ barrel place it squarely in the full-size competition category, while its 29.5 oz unloaded weight provides a stable shooting platform for follow-up shots under match conditions.

The SFx Rival’s feature set is oriented toward competitive shooting with no additional gunsmithing required. A 90° diamond-cut flat-face aluminum trigger reduces perceived trigger travel and provides a consistent contact surface for the trigger finger. Adjustable fiber optic sights — fiber optic front and click-adjustable rear — allow precise zero correction without replacing components. The modular optic plate system accepts multiple footprints including the Shield RMSc, Trijicon RMR, Delta Point Pro, and Vortex Venom, making the pistol optics-ready for a broad range of red dot sights. The ported and serrated slide features front and rear cocking serrations and lightening ports that reduce slide mass, lowering reciprocating weight during cycling. Ergonomic enhancements include an externally mounted mag-well for fast reloads, a double-undercut trigger guard, a redesigned beavertail, aggressive grip texturing, reversible and interchangeable magazine releases with three included extension sizes, ambidextrous slide release, and three included grip backstrap sizes to accommodate different hand dimensions. The polymer frame includes a 1913 Picatinny accessory rail for mounting lights or lasers. The Dark Side configuration is finished in an all-black color scheme.
