By integrating direct-attach M-LOK compatibility with minimalist construction, Magpul engineered a high-strength grip that weighs only 1.2 ounces including hardware—delivering superior performance without adding unnecessary bulk to your rifle. The compact design allows for a wider range of mounting location options along M-LOK compatible handguards and forends.

While ¾” shorter than the AFG-2, the M-LOK AFG maintains a similar gripping surface area and takes into account natural body mechanics to provide a comfortable and stable user interface. By positioning the shooter’s hand high on the centerline of the bore, unlike conventional vertical fore grips, the angled design helps mitigate recoil and provides better firearm control to facilitate faster, more accurate follow-up shots. The ergonomic grip angle reduces fatigue during extended shooting sessions and ensures positive hand placement for improved control across all shooting positions.
