Overview

The Magpul DT-PR Carbine Stock introduces advanced dual tensioning technology to deliver greater control and stability for precision-focused AR platforms while retaining the functionality needed for on-the-move tactical shooting. Designed specifically for Mil-Spec carbine and A5 receiver extensions, the DT-PR features a new length-of-pull adjustment system with a single ambidextrous control lever that locks securely into place without requiring a secondary lock, enabling quick adjustments while maintaining precision rifle stability and control. This dual tension locking system improves ease of adjustment while securing LOP placement, limiting secondary movements, and enhancing overall durability.

Optimized for supported shooting from the prone position, the DT-PR’s extended bottom provides a more steady bottom contact point with extra surface area that acts as an effective bag rider for shooting rests, while the front strap support hand rest minimizes movement and provides increased control. The contoured, rollover toe butt-pad with non-slip rubber surface provides solid shoulder purchase with minimal collar-bone contact for comfortable heads-up and heads-down shooting with various optics. The sloping cheek weld combines a slim profile with user comfort, and side mounting slots accept optional CTR Cheek Risers for use with fully extended stocks or rifles without rear-facing charging handles. Features rotation-limiting QD mount and footman’s loop sling mounting options, plus compatibility with ASAP/ASAP QD and MOE SL Enhanced Rubber Butt-Pad for an additional 0.70″ LOP. Made in the USA.
