By using this website or placing an order with Anvil Armory, you agree to the terms set forth below. These terms govern your interaction with our site, our products, and our services.

You agree to use the Anvil Armory website lawfully. Any fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive behavior may result in cancellation of your account or orders.

You must be 18 or older to purchase most items from Anvil Armory and 21 or older to purchase ammunition. By placing an order, you affirm that you are not prohibited by law from owning or purchasing ammunition, or related products.

It is the customer’s responsibility to know, understand, and comply with all federal, state, and local laws that apply to the purchase, possession, and shipment of firearms, ammunition, and related products. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are in full compliance with all such laws and that you are legally permitted to receive every item in your order at the shipping address provided.

If we notice an order that cannot be legally completed, it will be modified or canceled. If an order is found to contain an item prohibited in your jurisdiction, we may remove that item, suggest a compliant version when available, or cancel the order in whole or in part.

Common restrictions include, but are not limited to:

• Magazine capacity limits (e.g., 10-round maximum in certain states)
• Ammunition shipping restrictions, including permit or background check requirements

We do not ship to the following jurisdictions due to excessive restrictions:
California, New York, New Jersey, Hawaii, Massachusetts, Washington, D.C., Illinois, and Connecticut.

You are solely responsible for any legal consequences, penalties, or costs arising from the purchase, possession, or shipment of items that are not legal in your jurisdiction.

Orders for accessories, apparel, and ammunition may be canceled prior to shipment. Once shipped, these orders may not be canceled. Returns are accepted on eligible items in unused condition within 30 days. Ammunition is not returnable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Customer Cancellations:
Customers may cancel an order prior to shipment. All cancellation requests must be submitted via email to contact@anvilarmory.com or by phone during business hours. Canceled orders may not be reinstated. All cancellations are final.

Company Cancellations:
Anvil Armory reserves the right to cancel any order due to errors in pricing, availability, legal restrictions, or suspected fraud. Customers will be notified and refunded promptly for any canceled item.

We process most in-stock orders within 1 to 3 business days. Items may ship from our warehouse or directly from a fulfillment partner. Tracking information is provided once the item has shipped.

Prices, product availability, and promotions are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel orders with incorrect pricing or stock errors.

Anvil Armory is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products. We are not responsible for injuries, malfunctions, or property damage due to improper installation, neglect, unauthorized modification, or defective or reloaded ammunition. Some states do not allow exclusions of certain damages, so this may not apply to you.

To participate in the Flag Retirement Promotion, you must have an active customer account registered at anvilarmory.com. Each account is eligible for one flag retirement discount per calendar year (Annual Redemption Limit). The 10% discount provided through this program is valid exclusively for Anvil Armory-branded products and cannot be applied to third-party merchandise or services.

Customers must initiate the process by submitting a request via the Contact Us form on the Flag Retirement page. Upon receipt of the request, Anvil Armory will issue a Return Materials (RM) number, which must be included in the shipment with the flag. This RM number serves as a reference for tracking and will be attached to the customer’s account upon issuance.

The RM number remains valid for 90 calendar days from the date of issuance. If no flag is received by Anvil Armory within this 90-day window, the RM number will expire, and no discount will be issued. The expiration of an unused RM number will not count against the Annual Redemption Limit. A new request may be submitted after expiration, provided it falls within the calendar year guidelines.

Anvil Armory reserves the right to inspect and verify that any item received through this promotion is a U.S. flag in need of retirement. Items that are not recognized as a Flag of the United States of America, or that do not appear to be service-worn or suitable for ceremonial retirement, will be returned to the sender at Anvil Armory’s expense. In these cases, the submission will still count toward the Annual Redemption Limit, and no discount will be issued.

Once a flag is received and confirmed as suitable for retirement, Anvil Armory will notify the customer via email. This confirmation will include the date of retirement and the organization performing the ceremony. A single-use coupon code will also be provided at that time. This code is non-transferable, must be used by the account holder, and cannot be combined with other discounts.

The value of the discount is capped at a maximum of twenty dollars. If your purchase of Anvil Armory-branded products totals more than two hundred dollars, the coupon will still apply only up to a twenty dollar discount. If your order includes both Anvil Armory products and products from partner brands, the discount will only be applied to the portion of the order consisting of Anvil Armory products.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Missouri. If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining terms remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any part of these terms does not waive our right to enforce them later.

These Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund Policy, constitute the full agreement between you and Anvil Armory.
