Inside: a trauma pad and wide elastic bandage for field-dressing cuts, animal-attack injuries, and sprains; an irrigation syringe, butterfly closures, and medical tape for cleaning and closing wounds from hooks and knives; die-cut moleskin for blister prevention; forceps for tick and splinter removal; and a wilderness first aid guide covering treatment for hypothermia, snake bite, and other backcountry emergencies. OTC medications (pain relievers, antihistamine, antiseptic) round out the kit.
