Description

The CMMG Dissent MK4 is an AR-pattern pistol built around the 5.7x28mm cartridge, offering high-capacity rimfire-diameter centerfire performance in a compact pistol platform. The Dissent series is CMMG’s dedicated pistol-format AR design, distinct from their rifle and SBR lines, and the MK4 designation refers to the .223/5.56-pattern lower receiver family adapted here for the 5.7x28mm chambering. Note: CMMG also references this model as the MK57 in some product listings — confirm the correct commercial designation before publishing.

The 6.5″ barrel keeps overall length compact while providing sufficient dwell time for reliable cycling, and the 32-round magazine capacity gives the shooter a substantial supply of the high-velocity, low-recoil 5.7x28mm cartridge. The Midnight Bronze finish provides corrosion and wear resistance with a distinctive dark bronze appearance — confirm specific finish type and color code against manufacturer documentation before publishing. As a pistol-configuration firearm, the Dissent MK4 ships to an FFL and is subject to applicable federal, state, and local transfer requirements.
