Anvil Armory Terms and Conditions

By using this website or placing an order with Anvil Armory, you agree to the terms set forth below. These terms govern your interaction with our site, our products, and our services.
Use of Website
You agree to use the Anvil Armory website only for lawful purposes. If we suspect fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive activity, we may, at our discretion, cancel your account or orders and refuse future transactions, including those using specific payment methods, billing addresses, or shipping addresses.
Eligibility to Purchase
You must be 18 or older to purchase most items from Anvil Armory and 21 or older to purchase ammunition and firearms. By placing an order, you affirm that you are not prohibited by law from owning or purchasing ammunition, firearms, or related products.
State and Local Restrictions
It is the customer’s sole responsibility to know and comply with all federal, state, and local laws that apply to the purchase, possession, and shipment of firearms, ammunition, and related products.
By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are legally permitted to receive every item in your order at the shipping address provided.
If we detect an order that cannot be legally completed, we may modify or cancel it. If an item in your order is prohibited in your jurisdiction, we may remove it, suggest a compliant alternative when available, or cancel the order
in whole or in part.
Common restrictions include, but are not limited to:
• Magazine capacity limits (such as 10-round maximums in certain states)
• Ammunition shipping restrictions, including permit or background check requirements
We do not ship to the following jurisdictions:
California, New York, New Jersey, Hawaii, Massachusetts, Washington D.C., Illinois, Connecticut, and Alaska.
You are solely responsible for any legal consequences, penalties, or costs arising from the purchase, possession, or shipment of items that are not legal in your jurisdiction.
How to Purchase a Firearm
1) Meet age requirements
You must be at least 21 years old to purchase a firearm from Anvil Armory.
2) Place your order online
Select your preferred FFL during checkout. We will verify the license before shipping.
You may also select Anvil Armory for local pickup.
3) Complete the transfer at the FFL
Present valid government-issued identification.
The FFL will help you complete ATF Form 4473.
The FFL will run the required NICS background check.
The firearm is released only after the FFL confirms approval.
4) Comply with all Federal, State, and Local laws
Some states require additional permits, waiting periods, or documentation.

Non-Regulated Merchandise
Orders for accessories, apparel, and ammunition may be canceled prior to shipment. Once shipped, these orders may not be canceled. Returns are accepted on eligible items in unused condition within 30 days. Ammunition is not returnable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
Order Cancellations
Customer Cancellations:
Customers may cancel an order prior to shipment. All cancellation requests must be submitted via email to contact@anvilarmory.com or by phone during business hours. Canceled orders may not
be reinstated. All cancellations are final.
Company Cancellations:
Anvil Armory reserves the right to cancel any order due to errors in pricing, availability, legal restrictions, or suspected fraud. Customers will be notified and refunded promptly for any canceled item.
Shipping and Fulfillment
We process most in-stock orders within 1 to 3 business days. Items may ship from our warehouse or directly from a fulfillment partner. Tracking information is provided once the item has shipped.
Pricing and Availability
Prices, product availability, and promotions are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel orders with incorrect pricing or stock errors.
Limitation of Liability
Anvil Armory is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products. We are not responsible for injuries, malfunctions, or property damage due to improper installation, neglect, unauthorized modification, or defective or reloaded ammunition. Some states do not allow exclusions of certain damages, so this may not apply to you.
Governing Law and Enforceability
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Missouri. If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining terms remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any part of these terms does not waive our right to enforce them later.
These Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund Policy, constitute the full agreement between you and Anvil Armory.
