Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

Effective Date: 03 August 2025

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since delivery of your purchase, we can’t offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We are unable to accept returns on the following items:

  • Ammunition (due to safety and regulatory restrictions)
  • Clearance or final-sale items
  • Any item showing signs of installation, use, or modification

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you it has been received and with an approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 5 business days, we recommend the following steps:

  1. Check your bank account or credit card statement. Some banks take a few days to post the refund.
  2. Contact your card issuer or bank. Processing times can vary depending on the institution.
  3. If you’ve done the above and still haven’t received your refund after 5 business days, email us at contact@anvilarmory.com and we’ll help track it down!

Exchanges

Is your item damaged or defective? Did you just order the wrong thread size?

Contact us to request an exchange. We are happy to help with most non-regulated, returnable items.

How to Start a Return

Email us at contact@anvilarmory.com with: 

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you’d like to return
  • A short reason for the return
  • Photo(s) of the damage or defect

We’ll respond with next steps.

If you received the wrong product, or it was damaged or defective, you will receive a shipping label for prepaid shipping back to us where your refund or exchange will then be processed.

Shipping Returns

Otherwise, you will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs. Please mail your product to:

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee we will receive your returned item and without a return, we can’t process a refund or exchange.
